This course is a foundational for successful stakeholder collaboration: by learning and applying the Dialogic Change Model, participants can plan effective engagement processes for achieving common goals with diverse stakeholders. How to identify relevant stakeholders and form a core group that drives the project, how to clarify roles and goals together and set communication approaches during implementation, and how to monitor multi-stakeholder collaboration progress are some of the many skills taught in this training. With reference to real case studies from around the world, our experienced facilitators will guide you through the does and don’ts of effective stakeholder collaboration, while also creating a space for exchange and learning among participants.
