IUCN ECARO: Central Asia HumanResources Officer

IUCN Central Asia Office is hiring a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Officer to join its growing team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The new colleague will play a vital role in setting up and managing HR systems, ensuring full compliance with local labour law and IUCN’s standards. In addition, he/she will support recruitment, contract management, onboarding, performance management, and much more, helping us build a thriving and inclusive workplace.

• Duty station: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• Expected start date: 1 October 2025
• Contract type: Fixed-term (1 year, with possible renewal)

We seek someone with strong experience in human resources, a solid understanding of labour law in Uzbekistan, and a proactive approach to systems and people management. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
