The International Conference on “Monitoring of Glaciers and Glacial Lakes – Hazard Management”

An International Conference on “Monitoring of Glaciers and Glacial Lakes – Hazard Management” will take place on August 26-27, 2024, in Hyatt Regency – Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The conference will be followed by a field visit to the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast (GBAO) from August 28-31, 2024.

The event is jointly organized by Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Aga Khan Agency for Habitat the with financial support from the Government of Switzerland.
